Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

Print Your Label

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside the box.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your TURTLEBOX in its original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Inspection and Refund
